Do you hate asking questions on Yahoo Answers?

Why do people try to answer questions that they no nothing about … or even better … ask a weight loss or health question and get a solicitation for a colon cleaning product.

Two weeks ago, I had to make my questions private, because some idiot from a exchange student mill was mad at me, and then referenced my past questions out of context in her answer – then threat end to use them and report me to the company,

How do people ge the message to Yahoo that this forum is not working … I loved it in the beginning.

I don’t mind asking questions but don’t ask many.

People often just answer questions to get the two points or to post spam (a violation.)

If you get any type of abuse report that person to the answers team. (you should be safe as you are anonymous unless you have posted information that can be traced back to you)

Yahoo does work but to make the site user friendly it is easy for users to abuse the system and rules. Many users just say “it’s no skin of my nose” and do not report what they see as violations or are unaware what makes a violation.
