need to drop a few lbs in two weeks? tips?
there is a pool party coming up in 2 weeks, its the first one of the year and i just bought a new bathing suit that i look OK in, but i wish i could just shed maybe 5lbs or so, and get a little big of the jiggle out of my belly and hips before i have to show everybody what i look like. anybody have any tips for quick weight loss? i dont even really care if its considered “unhealthy” like the stuff guys do to drop weight for wrestling.
try insanity or p90x it really works if ur commited to losing weight. its exxpensive so if u only want it for 2 weeks n u only want to lose 5lbs try the videos in you tube so u wont have to waste any money. i have been doing the insanity workout for 2 days n i have lost 3 lbs already its fast but tough
