What Cause Weight Loss Without Dieting
Help with Weight loss?
Okay so i am 92 pounds and 5 feet tall, i would like to loose about 8 pounds (maybe nine?) some people say this is a normal weight but if you saw me…..well you can deffinitly tell i have a belly. Anyway, I need help i want to lose weight in the next ten days? is that possible? and if so please please please tell me what kind of diet should i go on? Don’t tell me to starve myself cause i have checked multiple resources (and common sense) and i don’t think it is to healthy! 
so please help me and how can i avoid ice cream and candy without temptation (that whole easter basket is taunting me!) Oh and i can’t take pills or Atkins or anything i am only a teen! Its also hard for me cause my mom won’t let me run alone! HELP!!!! 
It is possible but not in 10 days it would take time specially belly fat its really hard to burn it..
Do cardio and eat less than regular
