Weight loss help……………please answer??? ?

Please help im trying to lose weight, i have made up a food plan, exercise plan as follows:

Breakfast: high fibre cerial w low fat milk n banana n tspn honey + cup water

Mtea: sustagen drink (w low fat milk)
+ some mixed dried fruit n nuts

Lunch: wholemeal bread sandwich w cup salad, slice low fat cheese + little low fat mayo + cup water

Atea: sustagen drink (w low fat milk)
peice of fruit

Dinner: 100g lean meat, 2 cups veg, 20g low fat cheese.
1 cup fruit salad w 1/2 cup low fat yogurt + cup water

Exercise: 30 mins step aerobics every day.
15 mins weights every day.
+ walking where possible (eg leave car home when shopping)

Will this make me lose weight, the calories are supposed to be within the right range with what i worked out, but does that seem like a lot of food ????

Everyone’s body is different. Get leg weights and put them on when you’re doing your step aerobics. Cardio aerobics are a better choice. You want to build up your heart rate, and keep your heart strong. Step aerobics really only work the lower muscles, like the legs and thighs.
Talk to a registered dietician at your local hospital or clinic. Otherwise seek help from the County Nurses in your area. They can help you with the diet. Those in-between drinks that you talk about will put on the carbs. Try to snack on carrots, raisins, cransins. You need to drink 8, 8 ounces glasses of water per day. Stay away from colas, fast foods, candy, chocolate, desserts, etc..
Play with your kids, do housework, play the piano, wash windows. These are activities that burn calories.
Just remember, dieting is dangerous!! Diet pills are even more dangerous!!! Love yourself the way you are. God loves you the way you are.
