Weight Loss Yoga Routine
Help with my weight loss plan ?
Alright so i’m 17, 5’3 and 185lbs 
. I’m starting to eat healthier and i’m drinking lots of water also i’m vegetarian so i don’t eat fast foods. My question how much weight to do think i will lose by the end of may beginning of june if i consume 1200-1500 calories a day.
Also this will be my work out routine starting the 13th
monday morning-spin class (45minutes)
night-cardio kickboxing (55 minutes)
tuesday night- elliptical machine (20minutes) and pilates (55 minutes)
wednesday morning- spin class (45 minutes)
night- elliptical machine (20 minutes) body wave (55 minutes)
thursday night- step aerobics (55 minutes)
friday morning- spin class (45 minutes)
night- elliptical machine (20 minutes) and treadmill (20 minutes)
saturday morning- yoga (55 minutes)
sunday- resting day
i’m also planning on incorporating some weights for strength training .
does it sound like a good plan? would i be able to loss 40+ pounds?
