baby weight?
ok so im 22 i have a ten month old im 5’7 and iwas 120 before getting pregnany and im now at about 140 i want to get back to 120. i never worked out and ate whatever i wanted before having my baby now i see what i eat i have been eating healthy since having her and i nursed till 9 months and i still have all but 10 lbs of my baby weight. my best friend just moved her wedding up to aug 9 and i really need to go from a 6 to a 4 by then can anyone give me anyother hints to help lost it in time i have been walking and jogging every day and doing yoga please help has nayone tired stacker or hydroxycut to help jump statr the weight loss ot the specail k diet???also any hints on how to tighten up the lose belly skin after a baby???
wow, you sound alot like me. I gained alot of weight after I had my first child too. I’m 5’7” and when I got pregnant I was 130lbs, and when I had him I was 185lbs, yeah not fun. Hes nine months old now and I’m 122lbs. I actually did try the hydroxycut to supress my appetite and it always made my workouts much stronger and longer. ALong with that I would have special k with redberries for breakfest and dinner. It worked really well for me! Good luck
* Oh and as far as belly skin, as I lost weight, it shrunk… I can still pull it out and when I sit its more noticable, but you cant even see a hint of extra skin when I’m dressed, and I had ALOT! And when I stand straight looks completly flat!!
