Weight Loss Yoga Dvds
YOGA LOVERS/EXPERTS!?
I really want to get into vinyasa flow yoga. However, I don’t have that much time or money to take a class at a studio. So my question for all you yoga enthusiasts is if videos on YouTube or DVDs they sell at places like target are actually a good alternative. ? I always fear that I won’t get the same results. Thoughts/advice?
Also, is this type of yoga good for weight loss?

I think, you are correct in understanding that you won’t get the same results from videos and DVDs. Having a teacher is so important. A good teacher can explain the basics, adjust you, moving your body into the proper position, suggest a modification if needed.
You can try going to the studio just one time a week.
