PCOS…How long after taking Metformin or using BCP did ovulation return?
For you PCOS ladies out there, how long after using birth control or Metformin did you start to see results? Weight loss, ovulation or pregnancy? I have been on Metformin and Yaz for 4 months now and while I want to continue Metformin, I am thinking about stopping the pill. It makes me crazy! And I know it’s different for everyone, but I was wondering what some other ladies have experienced. Thanks!
My sister ttc for 13 years and gave up. A couple years later her doc put her on metformin to help with general PCOS issues. 6 month later she was pregnant very unexpectedly. That being said I have seen women on here who have PCOS and take metformin who have been ttc for years. Good luck!
