weight loss…I need your help!!!?

i am 15. im 5′ 7″ and 215 pounds. i am fat, have stretch marks and man boobs. i am sick of it. i am going to get a membership to the local fitness center soon. i have heard good reviews about the south beach diet. i have heard of xenadrine. it is supposed to be used by 18 years or older. but i am getting pretty desperate. if you have any thoughts or ideas please help. and if your just going to be rude and leave a jerk comment, you should find something better to do because i know there are many people with the same problem.

Don’t bother with the weight loss pills, they are a scam!!! just go the hard and healthy way, go to the gym like you are planning to, eat healthy and you will drop the pounds like nobody’s business dont bother with fad diets!!, you are young and still have youth on your side, just push yourself as hard as you can go and be proud of yourself for getting on top of the problem before you got too old to do anything about it!!!

when you go to the gym i would suggest doing 30 minutes of cardio and depending on how often you go lift some weights as well dont be afraid to ask for tips and help from other people at the gym, everyone is there to get healthy!! (wait until they are done with their lifts before you ask for tips btw hehehe)
