Weight Loss Xbox Kinect

Advice re weight loss for me?

I’m 50. Healthy, and not too unfit. But I’m overweight. I would like robe about 82kg, but right now I’m 88. This time last year I was a rather lardy 93kg.
So I have three options; Wii fit, Xbox 360 kinect, or join the gym.
I’ll be dietting too, my version of the atkins diet – it works for me and I really don’t want to debate that!
Any thoughts / experience / advice regarding regular gentle weight loss exercise please?

I have tried many things to get “back into shape”. Exercise is a requirement, but who has time for something that seems like a lot of pain and suffering from what seems to be hard work? Sure we need exercise, but shouldn’t it be fun too?

This was my theory, I knew I needed to find something that was like exercise but that would be likened to when we would play as children without care for it being exercise because it was too much fun to stop until we were called to come home.

I found that in the Xbox360 Kinect. The Wii, and the PS3 “move” are jokes compared to the new Kinect sensor for the xbox360. I picked it up for christmas, and I’ve been tired and sore but having too much fun to quit playing. Every day I play a little longer, and I am already showing the benefits.

The kinect sensor and the games are so much fun, you’ll not be counting the minutes till you get to stop your exercise, you’ll be counting the minutes until you can go play again.

Get the Kinect Sensor and the “Kinect Sports” game and maybe the “Dance Central” game and you’ll quickly find you’re in one of the best shapes in your life but you’ll be having too much fun to stop.

Diet is good, but exercise is key, and with the Kinect Sensor The “exercise” is playtime that you’ll not want to stop even know you’re being called to the dinner table again.
