I dont understand what is wrong with me?

Hey there,
I’m sixteen years old and I think I have a problem. I have been self-concious of my weight since I was about thirteen. Now its gotten really bad. I am 5,6 tall and weight 130 pounds. I play netball twice a week and go to the gym regularly. A couple of nights ago, I only had breakfast and i went to school, then to the gym and ran 5km. I was going to eat something after but i didnt have time, so I played netball that night. I got home and was so hungry and I ate a wrap. I then started to feel sick and vomited it all up. I didn’t eat till the next day. Ever since I have been obsessed with purging. Also weight loss. I dont make myself throw up, i just work hard at the gym. I also feel bad for eating now and its so hard.

I also suffer depression and OCD, so i may be overreacting.
i see a doctor, im on anti depressants

This is Very common in Depressed people, it is most likely because you don’t have self confidence therefor you feel the need to improve yourself when nothing is wrong. As for the physical part you should think about visiting a doctor or a health professional, but the symptoms are most likely caused by getting too worked up and then eating too soon. REMEBER, you are beautiful!!!
