Supreme 90 day workout weight loss goal?
Im off from school for the summer and ive noticed i have gained alot of weight. My goal is to loose 30lbs in 3 months (10lbs a month). Does anyone have any tips or video’s recommended that i may buy to work out at home. Im thinking of buying the Supreme 90 day workout. Has anyone used it before and had results? And how many calories a day should i eat to loose weight? Thank you!
I would definitely recommend Supreme 90. I too am trying to lose about 25-30 lbs, and so far I have been on the program for 3 weeks and have lost 6 lbs. I already feel alot better about myself and the variety of the workouts keeps you from getting bored. I bought it for $15 at Bed Bath and Beyond, and for 10 dvds you cant really beat the price!
