A Question About Weight Loss And Weight Gain Without Exercise And Dieting?

The question I kept hearing about & wanting to know is about weight loss & gain. I use 2 weigh 365lbs, now I way 328lbs. According to the Doctor, Friends & Family, I have lost 37lbs in 6 months or less (I haven’t been keeping track). I keep losing 20-40lbs every 6 or less months. All I do is stick on the computer (mostly because of E-college);do a few chores & maybe go out 4 a stroll 4 a bit. I know it’s not a good lifestyle 4 some1 at my weight, but, like I said, I keep losing 20-40lbs every 6 or less months. I just can’t figure out why, it’s not like I’m disappointed about it.
