Please Share your Zumba stories!?
Hi All!! I just started Zumba classes last week and I love it! I am going three times a week at my gym and can’t wait until I am more comfortable with the dance steps to really push myself. I would love to hear your Zumba success stories.. weight loss, increase in energy level, toning, etc. Please share all details!! Thanks so much..!!
I do Zumba at home. I have the Total Body Transformation set. I have been doing Zumba 5-6 days a week since January 11. I have lost 13 pounds and inches all over my body. Jeans that I could not even pull up over my bulging thighs in January are now loose on me. I even lost inches off my thighs. I love Zumba. If I can do it and lose weight and inches at 52, anyone can. Zumba is the only exercise program that I have stuck to for more than a couple weeks. I really enjoy exercising now and I am a person that basically hates to exercise.
