Does Zumba really work for weight loss?
I’m trying to lose 20-25 pounds or lose fat gain muscle. Either way, i want to slim down pretty fast. Maybe in the span of 3 months tops. I heard that zumba is really good for that and helps you lose a lot of weight fast with the right eating habits. How much weight would i loss if i take 4 classes a week? (an hour long) How long do you think it would take to lose around 20 pounds? Feel free to share weight loss stories
Zumba (my computer hates that word) will work just like any other exercise program if you stick to it and eat right. Zumba has a reputation of being easier to stick to because its a fun way to work out.
Personally. I lost 50lbs in (220ish to 175) in 2 years by cutting out compound sugars, high fructose corn sugar and other extremely unhealthy preservatives and took a more natural approach. It wasn’t easy to always stick to cause I get cravings still to this day. But it was easier than i thought. And best of all no exorcise. lol
