Weight Loss With Yoga And Pilates
Is this a good workout for weight loss?
5 mile walk everyday ( i have to because of my huge dog hehe)
30 minutes jogging 3-4x per week
Yoga and pilates 5x per week
And 45 minute bike ride or cross trainer 3x per week
With a healthy, low carb diet, is this a good workout?
I am 5’4 and 178lbs :/

Sounds good, but I would replace at least two of the yoga/pilates sessions w/ weight training or other strength training, like kettlebells or body weight callisthenics. The more muscle you gain, the faster your metabolism will be, and the more fat you will burn.
And no, you will not get big and bulky. You know how much work even young, male bodybuilders have to go thru to get as big as they are? All the weird, funky supplements they have to take, even if they’re not on steroids, although most of them are? It’s just not that easy.
