Replacing Dinner with this Home made Protein Shake? Good for weight loss?
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 banana
1 cup ice
1 scoop whey protein (20g)
1 scoop Dr.Smoothie Deep Vanilla Cream Base (20 calories)
1 tbsp milk
Replacing Dinner with this shake,
eating oatmeal and yogurt for breakfast
fruit for mid morning snack
salad or veggies with lean protein for lunch
wheat toast or veggies for snack
and shake for dinner
1 hr combo cardioo and strength training 4x a week
Is this sufficient along with 64 oz water and 8 oz milk a day? (1% milk) for weight loss?
Eating celery, fish and salad will help a lot when wanting to lose weight. They are not magical foods that make you lose weight, but by eating those you will not eat stuff that does make you gain weight.
Same as drinking water instead of drinking beer,., wine, carbonated drinks.
