it has to be something that would work for a teenager. im sixteen and a total cow =D and id like to lose 100 pounds before my 18th birthday. personally, im not ashamed of my weight. i dont look bad for my weight. but i have a twin sister who weighs maybe 120 pounds less than me and for once i’d like to be able to walk somewheres and have someone believe we’re related, let alone twins. anyways, any help would be appreciated
