Weight Loss Walking Shoes
PLEASE HELP with my running problem?what am i doing wrong?
I need to lose a good amount of weight and I’ve been trying jogging at one place and walking many times.
BUT everytime even with not so much exercise I get some pain which prevents me from continuing with my weight loss.
When I was running in place(just 20 minutes) my calves(muscles) would pain so I couldnt do that for more than two days.
With the running or EVEN brisk walking (for an hour) I get pain somewhere or the other.
Please Note: The pain lasts for two or three days after the exercise
What am I doing wrong?
I’m using Nike running shoes, and I start my exercise with a moderate walk.
I walk/run/jog on a paved sidewalk.
Oh, and I also have slightly flat feet
I am about 12 pounds overweight, so I dont think its the extra weight.

@whycantifind: I’m overweight by 12 pounds that is 12 pounds over what the healthy weight for my height and body type, but I want to be THIN =)
so that’s another 8 pounds, total 20 pounds
In starting it happen. You will have pain in you body but do not stop running after 2 – 3 weeks it will be all ok.
1 . Before running try to have a warm up your body
2. In first week do not put stress on your body while running. run only for 10 minutes
3 After second week go for 20 minutes running
4. Note before running take a 10 minutes of exercise and after running take a 10 minutes of exercise.
