Weight Loss Walking Program
how effective do you think this weight loss program will be?
I plan on doing an hour of a running/walking mix four days a week and an hour of biking on the other three days. Also, I will probably be swimming for at least four days a week for about fourty-five minutes. I’m 5’2″ and 125 pounds; with a balanced diet, how much do you think i could lose in a time span of one month? Thanks so much in advance!
Wow. Good luck to you. My main concern is that need enough calorie entake for all that energy you are expending. Make sure you don’t workout too much and if you feel achy or sore to take a break for a day before going back to your exercise.
Also, at your weight it wouldn’t be healthy to lose more than 1-2 pounds a week. I know it seems really hard to stay at it with small results, but that is the healthiest thing to do.
