weight loss after pregnancy?

im 18 years old and have a 3 1/2 month old baby boy. im ready to lose the extra weight i gained in my pregnancy which is more than i should have gained and get back to normal body. i know that your suppose to eat healthy and exercise, but eat what, vegetables and no starches or hardly any sugars? and what kind of exercises, how much a day or week? can anyone give me advice from experince of what worked for you? i did purchase a dvd that is walking 4 fast miles in 50 minutes, which i plan on starting soon

i used stacker 3 which can be bought at walmart they worked wonders for me of course i also walked 2 miles a day but they give u tons of energy and i never felt hungry i weighed 159 pounds after i had my daughter and i only weighed 134 before getting pregnant so i know how u feel i took off the weight plus some in about 2 months good luck hope this helps
