Weight Loss Using Apple Cider Vinegar

What are the uses of Raw Apple Cider Vinegar with the “Mother” in it, besides weight loss?

There are literally hundreds of uses of ACV with the mother but the most important is the restoration of a proper pH balance for the gut. Most people have acidic bodies with alkaline guts.

Raw unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar with the mother is slightly acidic and with the added enzymes and potassium, begins breaking down foods that are not digesting properly. There are so many preservatives in foods these days that when that preserved food enters the gut, it just stays there rotting but not digesting. Toxins then build up causing the human battery to become fuzzy and unhealthy. ACV with the mother helps the body break the fuzzies down.

Meat also takes longer to digest. ACV will help those with poor diets or irregular bowel movements to begin digesting their food properly, which rids the body of toxins.

The body is a wonderful machine if given a proper diet. ACV helps those who are not there yet.

Add several glasses of water with a tiny pinch of sea salt to the diet also helps removing toxins.

Sometimes I add lemon to my water, to take a break from daily Apple Cider Vinegar use.
