Weight Loss Tricks For Teenagers

I am looking for tips and tricks to loose some weight over the summer. I am a teenager.?

I would like to be healthier and loose about 30 lbs. I have never had the motivation to do this, and so I need some tricks and tips to successful weight loss. I have a gym that I am able to go to. I have always been over weight, and I am ready for a change. I weigh167 lbs

Wow that’s scary, I weight the same amount as you and I’m trying to lose 30 pounds. But I don’t know if you eat vegetables and fruits, because I know I don’t really so if you don’t or even if you do make sure that your getting three servings of fruits and vegetables a day. If your eating fast foods often you should either cut them out or only eat them occasionally. Also make sure that you drink water throughout the day, we’re suppose to drink 8 cups of water in a day. But most people don’t even drink that much while other drink more. Sugary drinks aren’t really that good for you or too much fatty foods. To really lose weight people tell me that you have to change your eating habits instead of say trying to go on a diet. And make sure your working out at least three times a week. Whether your walking a mile, running on the treadmill, or doing any kind of cardio. Nooo diet soda has wayyy more sugar then regular soda don’t do that. Hope I helped.
