What is a website equivalent to the iPhone application “Lose it”?

What is a weight loss/ food tracking website that is similar to “Lose it”? On “Lose it”, you can record the foods you eat and it knows how many calories are in it. You can also record exercise. It tells you what you have to do to lose weight. Thank you!

I know, I wish I could find one that was both online AND on my phone so I could sync the 2. I do know that the weight watchers website has a great way to keep track of calories, exercise, etc., but i think you have to sign up for their online service. I think it’s about $12/month. Sort of pricey if all you need is an application.
