I am 15, male, about 5’4 and weigh 165 pounds ( yeah, that heavy) and am gonna start doing excercises and diets and whatnot. I wanted to know what weight should be average for my height. I have a excessevilly large chest area (not man boobs), my chest literally is like sticking out as if i work out which i dont really, guess what people would call Big boned. I have a neck, see my feet fine, just got a gut and want to lose it so my question is what iis a healthy wieght for me to reach for my height and any tips on losing it fast would help to.

dude, i’m 16 right now and i lost 30 pounds in about 3-4 months when i had school. i know where you’re coming from, i was fat all my life and had man boobs and all that shit. i stopped eating junk, started to exercise, and drank a lotttt of water cuz it cleans out your system, and trust me dont keeping relying on the scale for the weight problem, cuz after a certain point i wasn’t looking at it cuz i lost a few pounds then gained some of muscle so you can’t think that you gained weight and you’re fat again cuz maybe it’s muscle. now all i do is look in the mirror and look at my body and i can see all the progress that i need to see and can tell if i need to diet again or exercise more, hope this helps
