hey so im 14, 5’4 and i need to lose weight, i need tips, a full diet menu that is easy for a kid my age to follow, i have as much time as i need i just want to lose, become healthy, and skinney lol please any suggestion will do thanks a bunch! oh but i should prolly say that i cant do any diets like nuitrisystem, jc, wwatchers, you know. i have no money lol no rude comments also i havent the time so thanks please answer, easy points =]]

I just lost 40 lbs heres what worked for me;
When I got bored and wanted a snack, I thought of doing an activity instead, I started going for walks-which helped me feel better about myself. Then after a while I would start jogging, first I could only jog a block but I did this once a day and everyday I could jog a little more. Make it fun, listen to music while you walk/fast walk/jog.
With you being short you’ll notice a difference right away. Its so hard the first and second week but then you feel awesome and you start to notice it too. Just give it shot for two weeks and you’ll see.
Just try to work on one thing at a time unless you can handle it, some people overload themselves at first and become overwhelmed. If it’s too cold now work on what you eat.
I’m sure your parents wouldn’t mind picking up salads (dark greens), corn, celery, carrots, sweet peppers, cucumbers, apples, grapes, and other vegetables and fruits.
Increase you water intake, and try to cut any soda’s.
Try cut down on your sugar and when you want a candy bar try to eat some grapes instead.
Most importantly love yourself and visualize yourself losing weight, picture what you would look like smaller, Think about what you would feel like if you lost the weight, and KNOW that you can be skinny!
