Weight loss accomplishments and reviews for motivation?
I’m a 20 year old girl and need to lose about 12 kilos, I’ve started jogging 5 times a week, occasionally do weights training, drink green tea and try to watch my calorie intake. Its been a week and I’ve lost 1 kilo, however, I’m starting to lack motivation.
If you have any positive encouragement success stories or, I would love to hear how much weight you loss and how long it took so I can have something to look forward to! I really want to do this, its something I’ve been putting off for months, its time to get fit and feel good about myself!
