Weight Loss Support Free Diet

Help me Im 16 years old and i weigh 270 pounds………….?
My mom is mad at me because I won’t stop eating… It’s because I’m depressed. But besides that tomorrow I am dieting for sure… I just don’t know how to motivate myself. Do you know any free weight loss support sites.. And how long do you think I should excersise a day…. I know it’s impossible but i’d like to weigh 150 pounds within the next 5 months…. Thanks for your help….

you have to motivte your self ![]()
say “i know i can do this and i want to prove everyone wrong”
maybe if you get hungry insted of chips or cookies or what ever it is that you like
try trail mix or apples with penut butter
join a gym maybe with a friend
creat a play list of songs you like and work out to them
trust me its wont be easy at 1st but just think how amazing you will feel when the weight comes off
and know all your hard work paid off
take it easy though dont over do it fast cuz you will get tired fast and not want to do it
start off small
once in a while treat your self to something you do like
all things in moderation
cook stuff for your self
when you go food shoping forget all the junk
try new stuff
do callorie counts
and as for being depressed find help talk to freinds
try getting out more being outside can help with depression

just think postive and think of the outcome once you reach your goal you will be so happy
