Weight Loss Support Chat Groups
recently had Weight-loss surgery and want some advice?
Does anyone know any support groups where others who have had the surgery can chat? I’ve lost 4 stone in 4 months now but want to know if I am doing somehting wrong?

I had gastric band surgery in 2003 and lost 12 stone. I put 3 back on after getting it adjusted and so have just had another fill. There is a support group on Facebook and also Anne Diamond has a good site called buddypower where there are guest doctors, etc to answer questions. If you e-mail me, I will give you my e-mail address, etc. Lots of my facebook friends have had the surgery and are always asking questions. At least they have had similar experiences to you.
