I need to lose some weight about $100 pounds! Any recommendations on supplements? I was told side effect with a themagenic is horrible. I was told it feels like your buring up on the inside and you get really itchy! I was looing at themogenic extrem puch at GNC designed for women but was not able to find it on GNC site any more. I need some recommendations and testimonies on weight lose supplements please
Ok first of all I’m not taking the easy way out!! i do excersice and eat healthy just looking for something to speed up the process. No where in that question did i say i want a pill to make me lose weight with out diet and excerise. Show some respect so dont answer if you are going to be rude disrespectfull and a complete ass! Supplements won’t actually make any difference. Unfortunately so many others on this site *are* looking for the simple answer which is why you got the answers you did – like you already know there’s no easy way out of this, but there is actually no evidence that any of these supplements actually would even help you out when you’re following a healthy diet and getting more exercise. I have a friend who’s tried most of them already and has yet to see any results. (Too bad she still hasn’t caught on and decided to stop wasting her money)

Use the money that you were planning on spending on supplements and spend them on the best quality foods (especially fruits and vegetables) that you can afford. Nothing’s worse than trying to eat enough fruits and vegetables when you’re stuck eating the same boring (and cheap) fruits and veggies every day. Berries are good, I love fresh pineapple, but you can also use that money for fresh herbs (calorie-free) or to try new and healthy foods which will add enough excitement to your new healthy eating plan that you’ll be able to stick to it for the long term.
