Has anyone used Superfoods like those from GNC for weight loss?

I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with superfoods, green foods, Bio greens,- The powdered up form of many veggies, fruits, and other extracts that are supposed to help lose weight and increase overall health? Has this worked for anyone?
