Weight loss and skin sagginess?

I know when women lose weight sometimes their breasts get – the skin saggy etc. What I was wondering was about men. I assume they would suffer the same type of skin sagging around the waist, butt or where ever – but frankly I’ve never run seen a guy who lost a LOT of weight. So what is the story any of you who know about such things.

And, is there anything that can be done about it short of cosmetic surgery?
