question on quick weight loss PLEASE help?

ok, i am going on vacation on the 27th and i am going to marios spa and hotel, well i know theres gunna be a bunch of skinny bitches and i need to tighten up and lose a lil weight whats the best way to loose weight in that amount of time? idc how unhealthy it is and even a few pounds will make me at least feel better inside, and might make me a feel a lil more confident. please dont critizize just help me and personal experience helps! thanks

Go low carb until the end of your vacation.

30 carbs a day.

You’ll lose water weight the first week and that may make you feel more confident. Weight loss is fairly quick on this diet but not a miracle. The plus side is you wont see alot of flux other then water weight.

Do not stay on the low carb diet more then a month. It can damage organs, but if you start doing a carb load on the weekends it can be maintained indefinately.
