Are there any fitness/weight loss spas or getaways in California?

I am looking for a vacation where they help you with food and calories and have exercise classes…Does anyone know of any places in California?

I have been to “Oaks of Ojai” in Ojai, California. It’s near Santa Barbara, California. They have gourmet lo-cal meals, exercise classes, spa, little peaceful town and other activities. I went there on a weekend retreat once and it was really a treat.
