Problem After 65 pound weight Loss!! Pleas Help!!?

March 2007 – My weight 250 pounds
September 2007 – 190 pounds
Current Day – 185 pounds
I lost most of my weight really quick, basically over the summer. I have a probelm with my lower stomach it seemd to hang. I think it’s mostly excess skin from the weight loss. It’s not too bad compared to some of these people that get their stomach staples. I DON’T want to get surgury. Is there anything I can do to get rid of it. Creams, Excess Sweating …
Oh, I go to the gym 6 days a week lifting and cardio, so I’m willing to do anything. I’m not Lazy. PLEASE take a look at the pictures and give me some ideas. Should I lose more weight, I do 8 Mintues Abs everday, my upper abs are fine. The 5 pounds in the 10 month span is basically this past week becuase I’m sick of my stomach. I can loose more weight if I think it will help.
