Do slim fast shakes help with weight loss?

I want a flat tummy before summer starts so I can wear my new bikini. I have good figure its just my stomach that is chubby. I was thinking about trying slim fast. Did it work for you? What else can I do to get my tummy flat.

Ok I was doing slim fast for a while and it can help if you are strict… i mean strict… and if you exercise with it it helps more. BUT you have to be eating really healthy snacks and dinner. Also, everyone is different and have different diet needs so if you have any health issues then there might be better diets out there. From my experience… dealing with insulin resistance (makes it impossible to lose weight) it can work. Good luck!
