has anyone here heard of “spleena” and “shake off”?
its supposed to be some diet supplement you take for weight loss, and shake off is something you drink right before sleep. I know a few women who have lost up to 50 lbs using this. Ive never heard of it though? can anyone tell me more about it? And please no “cutting back eat healthy blah blaaahhh” answers I just wanna know what this stuff is.
