im 17 and i am overweight around 230 lbs i need a program to do everyday like without equipment i live close to a park/trail that im planning on running everyday its a little over a mile but i also need something else to do along with running i do NOT want to gain muscle i am veryy strong right now and the most i would want to do is tone but i need to loose inches off my stomach,thighs, and arms. if you could help i would appreciate it
