Weight Loss Routine At The Gym

Gym regarding weights….weight loss…..cardio every day?

Hi….I’m 17,really small and stocky….so to combat the “podginess” i’m asking for some advice on whether or not what i am doing is good.
I currently try to go to the gym at least four times per week.
A typical session includes; 4 chest exercises with weights
4 arm exercises with weights
4 ab exercises
then 200 to 400 calories burnt off through cardio

Will this benefit me…will i see a difference through either weight loss or toning up….and am i ok in doing this routine 4 to 5 times per week…Also i try mainly to cut out carbs through the day…

You should see a change, but you need to control your diet to be successful.
You can do cardio everyday but you need to skip days with the weights.
