Anyone tried ACV as diet aid?

Has anyone here tried Apple Cider Vinegar as diet aid?
I’ve seen plenty of online resources which suggest drinking 1/2 cup ACV in a quart of water throughout the day to aid in significant weight loss. Has anyone tried it, and were your results good/bad? Thanks.

ACV can dhelp you lose weight, but if you are taking the liquid form, (which is the best) you should only take it 5 days at a time then take two days off. if it makes you sick try adding a little baking soda to it. the acid levels may be too high for you
