what is the best resource for weight loss you’ve ever seen?

I’m counting my calories, exercising, all that stuff. I’m constantly in search of more and better websites or books on the topic of weight loss….not diets, but lifestyle choices. I’d love to know what any of you have found that works.

I did the Slimfast diet for a while, so I went to Slimfast online. It was so great that I continued using it, even as I went off the Slimfast and did my own diet. You have diet buddies who you share successes and downfalls with; it was a great support system for me. There’s also a lot of useful tools there. You can record your weight using a chart, record what you’ve eaten….lots of other stuff. I used it for about a year; you might check it out.
