How much weight loss over a period of 1 week on soup?

I’m 5’8 and 67 kilos.

I’m going to go on the ‘cabbage soup diet’ basically minus the cabbage, instead i’m going to eat chicken broth with veggies for a whole week.

How much weight approx. could I lose? I know that it is not beneficial to my health but I have tried everything to shed these 5 kilos and this is a last resort.

A friend of mine actually did the “cabbage soup diet” last summer for a wedding. She only had a week and needed to lose upwards of 10 lbs. Within a week (7 days exactly) she had lost 8lbs. As soon as the wedding was over she ate regularly and gained it back within 3 days. It would def. work for a short period of time, unless you could somehow survive on it for an extended period of time. Hope this helps.
