I NEED to lose 10 pounds by next weekend !!?

I’m in my friend’s wedding next weekend. And I just tried on my bridesmaid dress and It does not fit. Taking it out is not enough. I need to lose at least 10 pounds by next weekend. Please if you know of any natural remedies I can use for weight loss. That has be proven successful . I would really appreciated it. Also we you know of any diet supplements that are successful for burning fat. I will also try those. It’s a $300. And I really need to fit in it. Please help!! Day 1:

Consume 4 table spoons of rice with vegetables. Drink fresh watermelon or melon juice without sugar and eat your soup also today.
