Weight Loss Quickly Online
If I work out two times a day…?
Two times a day, once in the am and once in the pm and burn 500 calories each visit for every time i go and i go every day, and watch what i eat and cut all the junk and “bad foods” out, how quickly would i lose weight? Now remember, two visits per day, 500 cl per visit.
I would like to lose between 25-30 before aug or sept.
please, im looking to hear from some kind of pro in weight loss or someone who can help me.

You would lose weight pretty fast but at the same time your body would become tired and prone to injury…now if you hurt yourself then you wouldn’t be able to work out at all! Rest is really important, your body needs time to rebuild and you don’t want to push yourself past your limit. It takes TIME and PERSISTENCE to see results, you can’t rush it or cheat the system unfortunately, otherwise everyone would be thin and fit.
