Weight Loss Questionnaire

I have epilepsy but I want to do the Lighter Life slimming programme?

I was told at the introduction meeting today that if I had a history of epilepsy I could not do the programme. it is really good as while you abstain from conventional foods, for meals use the nutrition packages they give you and they give you weekly counseling, to find out why your food habits are how they are and after you get to your ideal weight you still attend meetings until you are ready maintain your weight alone.

I have to get my GP (doctor) to fill in a questionnaire about my health history. Is there a way I can get around it?

Or does anyone know any other weight loss programmes in the U.K that I can go on?
