where can i go for a good free online weight loss program?

i used to follow weight watchers, and it worked really well for me. but i had to give it up because i just don’t have the money for it. but, i really would like to continue a similar program. is there anything that i can use, possibly online that will be a good tracker for me that uses a similar system as weight watcher’s points, that is also a free program? please let me know of any you think of. thanks.
