Which protein powder is best for women that’s low in sugar?

I’m trying to lose some weight and I probably can use a little more protein (since I don’t consume meat very much or a lot of beans). Can you recommend a protein powder (preferably for women but not necessary) that’s good for weight loss? Should be available in supermarkets or health food stores.

I just went to GNC today and bought some protein powder to help me lose weight. It’s called “100% Whey Protein Powder” and it comes in a package that has 16 OZ. I love it! It has 20 grams of protein and only 120 calories and only 2 grams of sugar! I had it this morning for breakfast with a smoothie that I made out of 8 large strawberies, 1 small banana, and 1 small lemon. Blend it well with the protein powder (you don’t have to add water or anything because of the fruit and lemon that will make it liquid-y. It’s great! I had it at 7 AM, workout at 10 AM for 30 minutes and I was not hungry at all (I drank water all day though) until 2:00! Then, I again put it a vegetable juice and I’m so full that I am skipping dinner because I am not hungry at all!!! It keeps me soo full and I feel like I already lost a lot of weight in only like a day!
