Vega health drink? Weight loss and such?
I’m buying the vega health drink stuff.. you know that powder. I heard it’s very good for weight loss, any stories or reviews about it? Also, can you tell me a good diet to take with it, I am not vegan but this drink sounds amazing. Thanks 
No idea on that powder, but you can lose a lot of weight if you go on a raw vegan diet. Whenever I eat raw vegan I lose about 10lb in a month (although I have no desire to lose weight and am pretty skinny). If you look up youtube videos of liferegenator, you will find that people following his juicing diet (veggie and fruit juices) lose 1lb a day. Plus a raw vegan diet is super healthy for you.
