Weight Loss Powder Mix With Water

Is this a good weight loss plan?

The food powder thing wiegh? I think thats how you spell it, anyways, that mixed in with some healthy youghort and sometimes fruit, and drinking lots of water, is that a good plan, if not, what is, NO exercise included, to busy!

Well its good, however is this all you are eating?? My best advise is to take the time to shop for pleanty of pre cut vegies and fruits, avoid any pre packaged foods, they are high in sodium and preservatives. The key is portion control really, and eating from the food groups. Good luck <3
