weight loss plateau on low fat diet?
Last month I had pancreatitis and my gallbladder removed. I’ve followed a low fat, alcohol and caffine free diet and have been losing weight steadily. However, my weight loss has stalled possibly because I can’t eat more than 15 grams of fat a day without pain, gas, nausea and diarrhea. Any suggestions on how to jump start my weight loss again?

In fact, eating low calories is the worst thing that you can do to your body, since that will only slow down your body’s fat burning engine and ruin all chances of losing weight (low calorie diets may allow a few pounds of weight loss for the first few days, but then after that all weight loss comes to a halt — known as a dieting plateau). You can never get slim by starving yourself.
